The Journey of Mohamed Nachir
Mohamed Nachir was born to a mother from TAZAMAN and a father from TAFRAOUT. He grew up in an Amazigh family, deeply connected to its culture, traditions, and way of life.
His educational journey began in a remote village, where he attended primary school. He later moved to another village to continue his studies through middle school and high school.
After obtaining his high school diploma, Mohamed moved to Agadir, where his academic journey took a new direction. He studied Bureau d’Études en Construction Métallique, gaining a technical background in metal construction and design.
But his interests extended beyond the technical world. His passion for storytelling and performance led him to study theatre, where he obtained a diploma and began exploring the world of acting, stage performance, and storytelling.
He later pursued English studies, expanding his interest in language and communication, and eventually completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Looking back, his academic journey may appear to follow several different paths: technical studies, theatre, English, and economics. But each experience contributed to the person he would become.
Growing up in an Amazigh family, studying in remote villages, moving to Agadir, discovering theatre, learning languages, and exploring economics all became part of the same journey — a journey shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a constant desire to learn.
Today, these experiences continue to influence his approach to cinema, visual storytelling, photography, and creative work.
His story is not about following one straight path.
It is about discovering different worlds, learning from each of them, and eventually bringing them together through his own vision.
